Construction Project Manager (Civil Infrastructure)

Role Overview

Construction Project Manager (Civil Infrastructure) at JASARA PMC. This is an onsite role leading and overseeing infrastructure projects.

Role Purpose

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of civil infrastructure construction to ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements while collaborating closely with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Design

• Manage the planning and design review phases of civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Construction Management & Execution

• Manage the construction phase of civil infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, drainage, and related facilities.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to ensure efficient project execution.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and environmental requirements.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders and clients.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing civil infrastructure construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and infrastructure design.
