Construction Manager position with KBR, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership & Workforce Management

• Lead all indirect and direct manpower on site.
• Deliver planned progress with strong leadership qualities.

Technical Expertise

• Apply experience installing feed gas compressors to deliver gas to desired operating parameters, mainly desired pressure.
• Leverage brownfield project experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years' work experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Construction Manager in Oil & Gas projects.
• At least 5 years' experience working as a Construction Manager in Middle East countries.
• SMP Construction Manager or Deputy Construction Manager experience required.
• ADNOC experience preferred.
• Global EPC Contractor or Sub-Contractor experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
