Role Purpose

As Concierge Supervisor, you are the pivotal point of contact ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the concierge desk. You oversee the concierge team while directly interacting with guests daily, providing them with valuable information, exceptional service, and assistance with local knowledge, reservations, and arrangements that create impressions lasting a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Oversee the concierge team, ensuring they are well-trained, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary tools to assist guests effectively.

Guest Services & Local Knowledge

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests, providing answers to queries about local attractions, events, dining, and entertainment options.
• Possess extensive knowledge about the surrounding area and remain up-to-date with current trends and attractions.
• Establish rapport quickly and positively with guests.

Reservations & Arrangements

• Assist guests with reservations at restaurants, transportation bookings, and securing tickets for various activities.
• Efficiently arrange services based on understanding of guest preferences and needs.

Luggage & Facilities Management

• Oversee guest luggage handling services, ensuring proper storage and delivery while maintaining utmost security and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 years of front office or related work experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of the English language, both written and oral.
• Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport.
• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual capability preferred.
