Role Overview

Role Purpose

Supervise the concierge team while responding to guest inquiries, arranging personalized services, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, elevated stay through attentive service and local expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision

• Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Guest Services

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs.
• Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority VIP guests.

Hotel Operations

• Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs.
• Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines.
