Community & Events Manager (Dubai Real Estate)

Role Overview

Community & Events Manager at MIRA Construction, based in Dubai. This role owns the management and engagement of an exclusive network of top-performing real estate brokers, combining digital community stewardship with luxury event and experiential production.

Role Purpose

To build, nurture, and activate a closed ecosystem of Dubai's elite real estate professionals through high-touch community management, curated content, and bespoke offline experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and collaboration among top-tier brokers.

Key Responsibilities

Community Ownership & Engagement

• Manage, nurture, and grow the closed ecosystem of top-performing brokers and real estate professionals in Dubai.
• Drive daily engagement and warm-up in private chat channels.
• Share content suggestions, expert discussions, market insights, and community updates.
• Act as the primary concierge and trusted point of contact for elite members.
• Foster high loyalty and active participation among community members.

Events & Experiences

• Plan and execute end-to-end private offline events, mixers, and masterminds.
• Orchestrate luxury trips and getaways for community members.
• Launch new event formats and test innovative experience concepts.

Gifting & Relationship Building

• Coordinate high-end gifting strategies and welcome kits.
• Design and deliver milestone rewards for top community participants.
• Build deep relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

Communications & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Marketing team on announcements, event recaps, and promotional materials.
• Tailor all communications to a luxury audience.
• Ensure every touchpoint—from daily chat prompts to private trips—delivers excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in community management, event production, or VIP hospitality.
• Experience in the UAE or luxury real estate sector is a significant advantage.
• Based in Dubai (mandatory).

Skills & Competencies

• Highly proactive, fast-thinking, and resourceful.
• Strong written and spoken English; Russian and Arabic are strong advantages.
• Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Impeccable taste and absolute discretion when dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
