Role Purpose
Drive platform adoption and foster community loyalty by connecting with key local freelancers in the UAE market. Act as the bridge between the global framework and the UAE market, executing engaging programs and locally relevant events to generate business value.

Community Activation & Engagement
- Attract and activate high-value freelancers in the UAE market.
- Engage freelancers in the community and foster their loyalty to the platform.
- Be responsible for the experience of freelancers in the region.
Growth & Contribution
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company through community-focused initiatives.
- Execute engaging programs and locally relevant events that drive business value.
