COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR

Role Overview

Commissioning Supervisor at NMDC Group. The position is responsible for ensuring that commissioning tasks assigned are properly implemented as per work standards and procedures.

Role Purpose

Oversee the execution of commissioning activities, coordinate with engineering teams, manage subordinate personnel, and deliver work that meets project specifications, client satisfaction requirements, and HSE compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Scope and Planning

• Receive allocated duties and review Scope of Work to understand requirements and demonstrate good understanding of scope requirements.
• Review procedures and execute commissioning works accordingly as per project specifications and client satisfaction.

Coordination and Communication

• Coordinate with the Commissioning Engineer while maintaining good communication level with other colleagues.
• Ensure proper integration of activities across teams.

Supervision and Control

• Exercise excellent control and efficient utilization of subordinates in the tasks given to them.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Deliver good progress reporting and demonstrate capability to identify unforeseen problems at early stages of the project.
• Recommend necessary corrective actions.

Documentation and Compliance

• Ensure proper documentation and familiarity with subsystem compilation of test records and relevant project drawings.
• Maintain compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
