COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR

Role Overview

Commissioning Supervisor at NMDC Group responsible for ensuring that commissioning tasks are properly implemented according to work standards and procedures on onshore and offshore projects.

Role Purpose

Supervise discipline-specific commissioning works on ongoing projects, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure all activities meet project specifications, client satisfaction requirements, and HSE compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Scope & Planning

• Receive allocated duties and review Scope of Work to understand requirements with demonstrated comprehension of scope parameters.
• Review procedures and execute commissioning works in accordance with project specifications and client satisfaction.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with the Commissioning Engineer while maintaining effective communication with colleagues.
• Ensure proper integration of activities across all teams.

Supervision & Resource Management

• Exercise excellent control and efficient utilization of subordinates in assigned tasks.

Progress & Risk Management

• Deliver good progress reporting on all commissioning activities.
• Identify unforeseen problems at early project stages.
• Recommend necessary corrective actions when issues arise.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure proper documentation of all commissioning works.
• Maintain familiarity with subsystem compilation of test records and relevant project drawings.
• Ensure compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.

• Work locations: Onshore and offshore projects.
• Work under supervision of Discipline Engineers.
