COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR

Role Overview

Commissioning Supervisor at NMDC Group. This role is responsible for ensuring that commissioning tasks assigned are properly implemented as per work standards and procedures.

Role Purpose

Oversee the execution of commissioning activities, maintain compliance with project specifications and HSE standards, and drive team performance to deliver results that meet client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Scope and Planning

• Receive allocated duties and review Scope of Work to understand requirements and demonstrate good understanding of scope.
• Review procedures and execute commissioning works in accordance with project specifications and client satisfaction.

Team Coordination and Supervision

• Coordinate with the Commissioning Engineer while maintaining good communication with other colleagues.
• Ensure proper integration of activities across the team.
• Exercise excellent control and efficient utilization of subordinates in the tasks assigned to them.

Monitoring and Problem Management

• Deliver good progress reporting and identify unforeseen problems at early stages of the project.
• Recommend necessary corrective actions when issues arise.

Documentation and Compliance

• Ensure proper documentation and subsystem compilation of test records and relevant project drawings.
• Maintain compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
