Role Purpose

As a Commis II in the Kitchen, you will support the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie by preparing food items, maintaining stations, and ensuring seamless service delivery in a high-volume, round-the-clock operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Station Preparation and Maintenance

• Set up the station by obtaining all equipment and materials needed.
• Prepare the station for service.
• Ensure a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.

Food Preparation and Plating

• Prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with cooks regarding timing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Culinary education strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of culinary experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Passion for food.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
