Role Purpose

Support the kitchen team in producing creative and excellent dishes that exceed guest expectations. Maintain high standards of health and safety while performing food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as part of a collaborative culinary operation.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations

• Perform basic tasks of food preparation and organization in the kitchen.
• Support the creation of excellent dishes within your own area of responsibility.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic preparation, presentation and preservation of food.

Teamwork & Communication

• Communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen team.
• Receive constructive criticism gracefully and carry out orders effectively.
• Support other team members as they work toward shared excellence.

Standards & Safety

• Maintain high standards of health and safety in all kitchen activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School degree.
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations role.
• Knowledge of basic preparation, presentation and preservation of food.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
