Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Execution
- Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings and handle complex recipes.
- Execute recipes with precision and consistency.
Quality Control & Presentation
- Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
- Oversee station execution and quality control.
Station & Inventory Management
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary.
- Oversee inventory checks.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
Guest Experience & Service
- Manage guest orders efficiently.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
