Role Purpose

As Commercial Director, you will lead commercial strategy and execution across all revenue streams to drive top-line performance, market share growth, and profitability. You will spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every guest's stay exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams, including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa.
• Own commercial strategy and execution to drive top-line performance and market share growth.
• Monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to stay ahead in evolving market conditions.

Revenue & Profitability Management

• Maximize revenue and profitability across all segments.
• Partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and deliver profit and margin targets.

Pricing & Forecasting Strategy

• Lead pricing and forecasting strategy, including revenue management practices.
• Oversee pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews to optimize revenue across all segments.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

• Align sales and marketing efforts across on-property and regional teams.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand.

Stakeholder Relationships

• Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships to align goals and create long-term commercial value.

Team Leadership & Development

• Cultivate a high-performing team through engagement and retention initiatives.
• Drive performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
