Role Overview
Co-op Intern, Logistics at Mrsool. This is a cooperative internship position supporting the Logistics team in a dynamic, fast-paced delivery operations environment.
Company Overview
Mrsool is one of the largest delivery platforms in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The platform uses Generative AI to analyze customer instructions in real-time and search across 100,000+ restaurants and stores. Mrsool operates a vast fleet of dedicated on-demand couriers and is consistently rated among the highest of all major delivery platforms on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Role Purpose
Support the Logistics team in daily operational activities, performance monitoring, data management, and reporting. Gain hands-on experience in logistics operations and practical skills while contributing to the optimization and smooth execution of day-to-day logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Support the Logistics team with daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support ongoing logistics projects and initiatives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Logistics team.
Monitoring & Performance
- Assist in monitoring logistics operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the preparation of operational reports and performance updates.
- Assist in analyzing logistics data and identifying areas for improvement.
Data Management
- Assist with data entry, data tracking, and maintaining accurate logistics records.
- Comfortable working with data and operational reports.
Problem Identification & Resolution
- Help identify operational issues and follow up on required actions.
Learning & Process Development
- Learn and apply logistics policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligible to complete a Co-op internship as part of university requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
