Role Purpose

Ensure competitive representation of brand and product across all digital channels by developing and implementing key distribution and eCommerce strategies that optimize distribution channels and advertising digital channels to serve the growing needs of the business, guests, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Assist Minor Hotels' long-term Digital Strategy in line with corporate initiatives.
• Coordinate partner agencies and execute all eCommerce activities.
• Assist with regional marketing strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis to suggest ways of improving ranking and revenue generation over e-channels.

Content & Distribution

• Ensure optimal content of Minor Hotels and designated properties across all relevant electronic distribution channels.
• Develop and optimize online content to maximize ranking and visibility of the property on various search engines, channels, and respective brand domains.
• Assist in establishing best practices to manage Online Travel Agents.

Performance & Reporting

• Measure, analyze, and report eCommerce performance.
• Suggest tactical improvements and new activities based on performance data.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
