Role Purpose
Lead Club InterContinental operations with calm confidence, orchestrating seamless Front Office and lounge service while ensuring the most valued guests experience effortless luxury from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee daily operations of Club InterContinental, ensuring smooth and personalised check-in and check-out experiences
- Supervise Club Lounge service across breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments
- Ensure service flows seamlessly, standards remain impeccable, and guest preferences are anticipated
- Ensure full compliance with IHG brand standards, hygiene, safety, and local regulations
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-skilled team to deliver consistent, refined service standards
- Lead by example with a natural leadership approach
Guest Experience & Relations
- Ensure Club guests receive priority recognition and personalised attention at every touchpoint
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with discretion, confidence, and professionalism
- Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest journeys
Financial & Compliance Management
- Support billing accuracy, cost awareness, and compliance with established procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- 3β4 years' experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort
- Previous supervisory exposure in a guest-facing or service leadership role
- Strong understanding of personalised, high-end guest service
Skills & Competencies
- Confident, polished, and professional communication style
- Experience with Opera or a similar Property Management System preferred
