Role Purpose

Deliver an elevated and memorable client service experience while building lasting relationships with Zimmermann clients, achieving sales targets, and upholding brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Experience

• Provide clients with a memorable shopping experience.
• Establish and develop relationships with Zimmermann clients.
• Create an amazing client experience that exceeds client expectations.

Sales & Brand Standards

• Achieve sales targets.
• Uphold Zimmermann brand standards including store presentation and stock and inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience within a client-facing role in luxury fashion retail.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to build strong, genuine relationships with clients.
• Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm as a team player.
