Role Purpose

Oversee the management, technical direction, and delivery of all civil and structural works for depot facilities and wayside buildings on a major High Speed Rail project, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time execution across design, construction, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Construction Delivery

• Manage design development, review, and construction of depot civil and structural works including maintenance workshops, stabling sheds, inspection pits, and associated building systems.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with international and local rail standards.
• Oversee construction supervision and quality control processes.

Operations & Administration

• Oversee depot administration, operations control, and warehouse facilities construction and delivery.

Project Controls

• Control project quality, schedule, and costs.
• Manage interfaces between all stakeholders and work packages.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all civil works are delivered safely, to specification, and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience managing civil and structural works on large infrastructure or rail projects.
• Proven ability to manage design, construction supervision, and quality control processes.
• Experience with cost control, schedule management, and stakeholder interface coordination.
• Familiarity with international and local rail industry standards and regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge of depot facilities, building systems, and railway construction standards.
