Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive career counselling, professional development guidance, and coaching to employees. Support the design and delivery of career frameworks, assessments and development programs that enable individual growth and organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

Career Counselling & Guidance

• Provide career counselling and professional-development guidance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees.
• Support individual career and development plans.

Assessment & Development Planning

• Conduct employee assessments and identify development needs.
• Support career-path and competency-development frameworks.
• Experience with career frameworks, assessments and employee-development programs.

Learning & Development Delivery

• Conduct career-development workshops and awareness sessions.
• Support development initiatives for national/Qatari employees.

Analysis & Reporting

• Analyse career-development information and prepare reports and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business or HR preferred.
• More than 6 years' relevant L&D/career-development experience.
• Strong career counselling, coaching and facilitation experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Career frameworks, assessments and employee-development program expertise.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.
