Cards Portfolio Analyst- Dubai (UAE Nationals Only)

Role Overview

Cards Portfolio Analyst in Dubai, UAE with Citibank. This is a full-time position open to UAE Nationals only.

Company Overview

The Citi UAE cards business is profitable and growing and requires strong talent to drive Cards portfolio growth.

Role Purpose

Support the growth and optimization of the UAE Cards Portfolio by executing portfolio programs, identifying efficiency opportunities, and enhancing profitability across the cards business.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Optimization

• Support growing and optimizing performance of the UAE Cards Portfolio.
• Manage and optimize various portfolio programs and initiatives.
• Support identifying areas of growth and efficiency.

Program Execution

• Execute ongoing portfolio programs and initiatives such as Citi PayAll and Insurance cross-sell.
• Execute ongoing portfolio spend programs and other initiatives including credit limit increase, retention, and activation.
• Support implementation of new actions to enhance profitability of portfolio programs.
• Manage and support new products and other existing portfolio programs as required.

Digital & Technology

• Support development of digital capability and adoption for various portfolio programs.
• Work with Technology on all required technology aspects of portfolio campaigns and programs, including UAT, test preparation and execution.
• Support digital commercialization initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with portfolio sales and service teams to optimize front-line performance, including training, design and implementation of controls.
• Work with the data team to define key metrics and dashboards to support business management.
• Work with other Citi businesses across the region to learn best practices.

Customer Experience & Compliance

• Support enhancements to improve customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with Legal and Regulatory requirements, procedures and controls.

Project Management

• Support planning and execution of adhoc projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or University degree.

Skills & Competencies

• Demonstrated comfort with data and Excel.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly.
• Ability to manage deadlines and unexpected changes.
• Commercial acumen and ability to convert insight into real-life profitable solutions.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
