Car Detailing Supervisor

Role Overview

Car Detailing Supervisor at Alba Cars, Dubai, UAE. You will lead vehicle preparation and quality control, organising the detailing team's daily work, inspecting completed vehicles, and ensuring every car is ready for showroom display or customer handover on time.

Role Purpose

To oversee all aspects of vehicle detailing and preparation, maintain consistent quality standards, supervise the detailing team, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure vehicles are presentation-ready and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Scheduling

• Plan and assign daily detailing work based on vehicle priorities and handover deadlines.
• Organize several vehicles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Keep clear records of completed work and outstanding tasks.

Supervision & Quality Control

• Supervise interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and final vehicle preparation.
• Inspect completed vehicles and arrange any necessary rework before sign-off.
• Maintain a strong eye for detail and consistent approach to quality control.

Team Leadership & Training

• Train and guide detailers on techniques, safe product use, and vehicle presentation standards.
• Monitor detailing supplies and equipment.

Reporting & Coordination

• Identify and report vehicle damage or condition concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the After Sales, Workshop, Operations, and Sales teams to keep preparation on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven automotive detailing experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Good knowledge of vehicle interiors, paintwork, detailing products, and safe cleaning methods.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong eye for detail.
• Ability to organize multiple vehicles and deadlines at once.
• Clear communication skills.
• Practical approach to solving problems.

Additional Information

Compensation & Benefits

• AED 5,500–6,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Work visa sponsorship.
• Medical insurance.
• 30 days of paid annual leave.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time, on-site position.
• Location: Dubai, UAE.
• Remote or hybrid work is not available.
• Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the UAE.
