Role Purpose
Deliver an exceptional beverage and dining experience to restaurant guests through expert service, detailed product knowledge, and genuine hospitality that reflects Four Seasons' commitment to luxury with authentic care.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Guest Experience
- Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience.
- Discuss food and wine choices with guests in detail.
- Serve food and beverage to guests with professionalism and attentiveness.
Operations
- Set up tables for service.
- Clear and clean tables following service.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1β2 years' experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
- Knowledge in the areas of food and wine.
- Outstanding sales skills.
