Role Overview
Capability Development & Culture Officer at NMDC Group. This role supports the design, delivery, and administration of capability development and cultural programs across the organization.
Role Purpose
Support the delivery and administration of capability development and cultural programs to support organizational goals, assist employees and managers regarding development initiatives, and handle administrative tasks related to implementation and management of development and cultural programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation & Coordination
- Support the implementation of capability development programs and cultural initiatives, including logistics and coordination
- Assist with scheduling and organizing training sessions and workshops
- Help coordinate events and activities related to cultural initiatives and employee development
- Help manage resources and logistics for training and cultural programs
Employee & Stakeholder Support
- Address employee queries related to development opportunities and cultural programs
- Provide general administrative support to the Capability Development & Culture team
Feedback & Evaluation
- Collect feedback from training participants and program users to support evaluation and improvements
- Assist in analyzing feedback and data related to program effectiveness and impact
- Prepare basic reports on program activities and outcomes for review by senior staff
Documentation & Records
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to development programs and cultural initiatives
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the management of development programs, including data entry and report preparation
Communications & Materials
- Develop and distribute communication materials related to development programs and cultural activities
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to capability development and culture
Vendor & Resource Management
- Assist with managing relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Support tracking of expenditures related to development programs and cultural initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in similar industries
- Basic understanding of learning and development principles
- Knowledge of organizational culture and its impact
- Certification in Learning and Development preferred but not required
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation
- Experience with training coordination and scheduling
