Role Purpose

Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls whilst managing customer inquiries across multiple channels and supporting the field sales team to meet conversion quotas and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Call Handling

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels.
• Meet customer SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries and emails.
• Manage customer complaints, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting.

Sales Support

• Handle outbound calls to target potential customers and meet conversion quotas and KPIs.
• Handle calendar appointments for the field sales team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum secondary education.
• Minimum 12 months of experience working in a call centre or telesales role.
• Arabic speaker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer service attitude and work ethic.
• Strong closing skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in fast-paced roles requiring continuous multitasking across inbound calls, customer emails, and client WhatsApp messages.
• Well-versed in customer service and training techniques with ability to learn quickly.
