Role Overview

Cabin Crew position with Gulf Air, based in Tbilisi, Georgia. The role is part of the Operations division, with head quarters in Bahrain.

Role Purpose

Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction while serving as a frontline ambassador of Gulf Air. Represent the airline's image and values to build customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Passenger Service & Safety

• Deliver exceptional service to passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout flights.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in challenging situations.
• Comply with all safety and emergency procedure standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum High School education.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
• Professional, customer-oriented approach.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to stay composed in challenging situations.

Additional Information

• Ability to meet physical and medical requirements for the role, including safety and emergency procedure standards.

• One-year renewable contract, subject to agreed performance metrics.
