Role Overview

Cabin Crew position with Gulf Air, based in Istanbul, Turkey. The role is part of the Operations division, with head quarter in Bahrain.

Role Purpose

As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. You will serve as a frontline ambassador of the airline, representing the image and values of Gulf Air to build customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Passenger Service & Safety

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout all flights.
• Deliver exceptional service to build customer confidence and loyalty.
• Serve customers from various cultural backgrounds with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum High School education.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
• Professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• One-year renewable contract, subject to agreed performance metrics.
