C12 Site Lead

Role Overview

C12 Site Lead at Amentum. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Role Purpose

Lead aircraft maintenance and operations, including all aircraft subsystems, support equipment, personnel management, materials and inspections, launch and recovery, spare parts supply, repair and overhaul, and aircraft paint and engine services under a Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) system.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Lead the effort for operating and maintaining the aircraft and aircraft subsystems.
• Maintain all support equipment.
• Oversee launch and recovery of the aircraft.
• Perform aircraft paint, engine repair and overhaul.

Supply Chain & Parts Management

• Supply all Contractor owned spares and support equipment through Contractor Owned and Maintained Parts (COMP).
• Arrange repair and overhaul of all repairable spares at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repair stations.

Personnel & Oversight

• Direct the work force in the performance of aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification.
• Perform duties as the on-site liaison with the Government.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• Five or more years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Three or more years of experience maintaining King Air/1900 Airliner series aircraft, including complex aircraft modifications.
• One or more year as a site lead under a similar type effort.
• Current FAA A&P license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain this clearance.

Skills & Competencies

• Demonstrated ability to direct a work force in the performance of aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification.
• Capable of performing duties as the on-site liaison with the Government.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 plus housing allowance and hardship pay (if space allows).
