Business Enablement Manager, Peripheral Intervention (PI) - META at Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), located in Riyadh, SAU.

The Peripheral Intervention business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.

Role Purpose

The Business Enablement Manager drives commercial, operational, and execution excellence across the PI META business by partnering closely with commercial, supply chain, finance, and business teams to deliver data-driven insights, optimize business processes, and improve overall performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Excellence

• Lead Commercial Excellence initiatives focused on Salesforce (SFDC) adoption, account segmentation, and sales effectiveness.
• Develop pricing and gross profit optimization tools to support commercial decision-making.
• Deliver analytical support for product launches, marketing initiatives, and strategic commercial projects.

Business Analytics & Reporting

• Build and maintain end-to-end dashboards that provide awareness of business performance, key challenges, and execution plans.
• Own the development of dashboards, sales performance reports, and commercial insights for business reviews.
• Provide forecasting support and collaborate with finance teams to monitor business performance and drive informed decision-making.

Distributor Excellence

• Drive distributor excellence programs through effective use of distributor performance tools and data management processes.
• Analyze secondary sales performance to identify growth opportunities at account and market levels.
• Collaborate with regional distributor excellence teams to ensure alignment and execution across META markets.

Order Enablement & Supply Chain

• Find opportunities to streamline and enhance end-to-end order management processes across the region.
• Partner with supply chain and commercial teams to improve demand planning and forecast accuracy.
• Support supply allocation planning through data-driven forecasting and business insights.
• Monitor inventory trends and provide insights to mitigate supply and inventory risks.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Act as the main liaison between PI META and regional Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial planning cycles through robust analysis and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong experience in business analytics, commercial operations, sales enablement, or business planning.
• Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Proven project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, collaborator management, and organizational skills.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to lead and drive outcomes without direct authority.
