Business Development Executive

Role Overview

Business Development Executive at Driven Properties, based in the UAE. The role focuses on developing and expanding the company's B2B client base for AML and compliance services.

Role Purpose

To identify, pursue, and convert new B2B business opportunities in AML and compliance services, build a strong pipeline of corporate prospects, and manage the sales process from initial contact through client onboarding while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities for AML and compliance services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, meetings, and other business development channels.
• Develop relationships with companies, business owners, senior management, and relevant decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable AML and compliance service solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to client onboarding and closing.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities.
• Monitor market opportunities and identify potential sectors and companies that may require AML services.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers is preferred.
• Knowledge of AML and compliance services would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
