Business Development Executive – Cloud & AI

Role Overview

Business Development Executive – Cloud & AI at Burjline Builders, based in Dubai. This is a junior professional role combining technical education with strong communication and commercial interests in a growing international technology environment.

Role Purpose

Expand customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the introduction of cloud and AI solutions to prospective clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Opportunity Identification

• Identify and research potential customers, partners and new business opportunities.
• Support outreach and engagement with prospective clients.
• Track opportunities and maintain accurate customer and pipeline information.

Client Engagement & Solutions Delivery

• Understand customer needs and identify relevant cloud and AI solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings and commercial discussions.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with technical teams to help translate customer requirements into appropriate solutions.

Market & Technical Knowledge

• Build familiarity with cloud services, AI technologies and MaaS (Model as a Service).
• Follow developments in the cloud, AI and broader technology services market.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, IT solutions or business development.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of AI, cloud computing or cloud-based services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and learning technical products.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Interest in technology-driven business development.
