Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Documentation

• Deliver validated requirements and user stories
• Gather and document requirements

Insights & Analysis

• Produce actionable insights from business data
• Track and report on key performance indicators

Process Improvement

• Improve workflows through process mapping
• Support process improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Management

• Ensure stakeholder alignment and change adoption
• Manage stakeholder communication

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related role
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of process improvement and KPI design

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with SQL
• Data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI
• Process mapping using BPMN
• Requirements tools: Jira, Confluence
• Stakeholder management
• Clear communication
• Analytical thinking
