Role Overview

Role Purpose

Convert business requirements into clear, measurable goals and deliver on-time, within-budget outcomes through structured analysis, project planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

• Document requirements clearly and comprehensively.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to inform decision-making.
• Define project scope and success metrics aligned with business objectives.

Project Planning & Execution

• Drive execution through structured planning and systematic tracking.
• Track project progress using tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Deliver recommendations and progress reporting to stakeholders.

Reporting & Insights

• Develop spreadsheets and Excel-based reporting to communicate findings.
• Build dashboards and reporting structures for stakeholder visibility.

Stakeholder & Process Management

• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate across teams.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Apply structured decision-making to prioritize problems and solutions.

Accountability

• Own project outcomes and maintain clear ownership of deliverables.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations with transparency and clarity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and Excel sheets.
• Experience with basic data analysis and dashboards.
• Proficiency with requirements documentation.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Proven stakeholder management capability.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
