Role Purpose

Connect clients with upcoming real estate projects, guide investors and end-users through off-plan purchases, and maximize sales opportunities in Dubai's fast-growing property market.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Advisory

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, return on investment, and market trends.

Representation & Events

• Conduct property presentations and attend project launches.
• Represent the company at real estate events.

Business Development

• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven sales experience in Dubai, luxury sector preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding.

Skills & Competencies

• Professional, ambitious and performance-driven approach.
• English language proficiency (mandatory).
