Role Purpose
To connect clients with properties and investment opportunities, guide investors and end-users through off-plan and secondary purchases, and drive sales growth in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Promote and sell ready properties directly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Presence & Business Development
- Conduct property presentations and attend project launches.
- Represent the company at real estate events.
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Demonstrate ability to self-generate business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai; luxury market experience preferred.
- Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
Skills & Competencies
- Professional and ambitious approach with performance-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM, Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- English language mandatory; Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, or French preferred.
