Brand Associate at Chalhoub Group. This role supports brand and business operations across retail locations and partners in the Middle East.

Role Purpose
Support the brand and business by coordinating, tracking, and executing operational and sales activities across retail doors and partners, ensuring excellence in execution and performance through versatile cross-functional work with internal teams and retail partners to drive results, optimize stock, and support activations.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor weekly and monthly sell-out data, last year versus target comparisons, door-level performance, Brand Associate productivity, and rankings.
- Flag underperforming doors and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare business reviews, retailer reports, performance summaries, and presentations for internal review.
- Collect market intelligence and generate actionable insights.
Stock & Inventory Management
- Follow up on purchase orders, assortment, pricing, new listings, and stock availability.
- Track stock on hand, out-of-stock situations, stock transfers, replenishments, fill rates, and order follow-up.
- Monitor testers, samples, and gift-with-purchase allocations; maintain ratio and availability trackers.
- Coordinate allocations and shipments; fulfill monthly requirements.
Retail Operations & Merchandising
- Track visual merchandising materials, point-of-sale fixtures, and merchandising needs.
- Maintain opening checklists and ensure store readiness.
- Coordinate brand animations, masterclasses, launches, promotions, and gift-with-purchase activities.
- Ensure timely operational delivery of all activation initiatives.
Sales Support & Field Enablement
- Support target communication, performance tracking, schedules, and incentive programs.
- Equip field teams with necessary tools and resources to drive performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Training teams.
- Maintain trackers and follow up with brand partners.
- Escalate commercial and strategic matters as appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
- One to two years of experience in a marketing or sales support role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
