Role Overview
Aofgroup is hiring for three positions across its branch network: Food Server, Store Manager, and Area Manager.
Role Purpose
Food Server
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders efficiently, maintaining food presentation and quality standards, and ensuring the branch is clean and organized. Supports daily branch operations and contributes to a positive customer experience.
Store Manager
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, leading the team, ensuring sales and operational targets are achieved, and maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and store performance.
Area Manager
Responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple branches within an assigned area, ensuring operational excellence, achieving business targets, and driving team performance across all locations while maintaining consistent application of company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Food Server
- Serve customers and handle orders efficiently.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Keep the dining and service area clean and organized.
- Support the team during busy periods.
- Follow company safety and operational procedures.
Store Manager
- Manage daily branch operations and staff.
- Monitor sales, productivity, and operational KPIs and achieve targets.
- Lead, train, and develop branch employees.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, stock, and branch expenses.
- Resolve customer and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Area Manager
- Oversee and manage multiple branches within the assigned area.
- Monitor sales, operational, staffing, and financial KPIs.
- Coach and develop Store Managers and branch teams.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure consistent customer service, food quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor staffing needs and support recruitment planning for branches.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Food Server
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Store Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in store or branch management, preferably in food and beverage, retail, or hospitality.
Area Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 4–6 years or more of experience in multi-unit or area management, preferably in food and beverage, retail, or hospitality.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and Store Managers.
