Role Overview

Binance is seeking a Compliance professional to join the Binance Accelerator Program.

Role Purpose

To support and strengthen Binance's compliance operations through hands-on project work, policy development, and regulatory oversight across the organization's global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Oversight & Compliance Management

• Monitor and assess regulatory requirements across jurisdictions where Binance operates.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Evaluate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support the maintenance of compliance documentation and records.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with internal teams to embed compliance into business processes.
• Facilitate communication between compliance and operational departments.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare compliance reports and risk assessments.
• Document findings and recommendations for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Understanding of financial services compliance frameworks and regulations.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) principles.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
