Role Overview

BI and Reporting Expert at DeepSource Technologies, Riyadh, KSA. Saudi National required.

Role Purpose

Transform complex raw enterprise data into actionable visual insights, interactive dashboards, and executive reporting solutions. Sit between IT infrastructure and business leadership to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Report Development

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Data Modeling & Architecture

• Build robust star and snowflake schemas.
• Optimize DAX and SQL queries.
• Manage data models for high performance.

ETL & Data Integration

• Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain automated ETL and ELT pipelines from ERPs, CRMs, and SQL databases into data warehouses.

Business Stakeholder Management

• Translate complex business requirements into clear KPI frameworks, executive summaries, and functional dashboard specifications.

Data Governance & Security

• Enforce row-level security (RLS), data quality standards, and access control policies across all BI platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, common table expressions (CTEs), window functions, and procedure optimization.
• Working experience with Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or SQL Server and SSAS.

Skills & Competencies

• Mastery of Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Tableau, or Looker.

Additional Information

• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Tableau Certified Data Analyst, or ITIL4.
