Role Purpose

Create warm, refined, and memorable guest experiences from the moment guests arrive at the resort. Leave no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction through attentive, personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Assistance

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
• Provide information about the hotel's facilities and services.

Guest Support & Problem-Solving

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls.

Facility Management

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Skills & Competencies

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (a plus).
• Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
