Role Purpose

Complete preventive maintenance activities according to hotel schedules, maintain cleanliness of work areas, manage tools and equipment responsibly, and contribute to hotel energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Operations

• Complete all preventive maintenance activities as specified in hotel maintenance plans.
• Maintain and properly store all tools and equipment supplied by the hotel.
• Clean all work areas thoroughly after completing tasks.
• Deposit equipment appropriately after finishing each shift.

Sustainability & Cost Management

• Actively participate in the hotel's energy conservation programs.
• Suggest cost-saving ideas to the Engineering Department and other hotel areas as opportunities arise.

Qualifications & Experience

• Appropriate documented training from a technical or vocational institute.
• One year of operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
• Good civil or masonry knowledge.
