Role Purpose
You are a key person in delivering the guest service experience at the property. You will ensure that every arriving and departing guest receives a warm welcome and friendly goodbye, serving as a guide, ambassador and source of information for the hotel while managing lobby traffic and assisting guests with extensive knowledge of hotel operations.

Guest Service & Experience
- Ensure all arriving and departing guests receive a warm welcome and friendly goodbye.
- Serve as a guide, ambassador and source of information for the hotel.
- Deliver highly guest-interactive service throughout the lobby and property.
Operations & Support
- Control lobby traffic and assist guests.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of hotel operations.
- Possess flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and operational demands.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Passionate about hospitality.
- Positive learning attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Good level of English.
