Role Overview
Beauty Marketing Traineeship (Emiratisation) at Chalhoub Group. This trainee position sits at the intersection of training coordination, administration, and beauty operations, supporting the smooth execution of trainings and reporting across the GCC.

Role Purpose
Support the smooth execution of trainings, product launches, and reporting across the GCC while gaining exposure to beauty operations, product education, niche fragrances, and on-floor trainings.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Events Coordination
- Coordinate training sessions and logistical arrangements, including venue bookings, catering, and atelier setup
- Support product launches and on-floor training activities
- Assist with event execution and operational support
Reporting & Data Management
- Assist with monthly regional reporting, presentations, and data collection
- Support English-to-Arabic translations and presentation creation
Administrative Support
- Handle administrative coordination related to orders, personal allowances, gifting, and expenses
Retail & Market Exposure
- Conduct market visits and gain exposure to retail teams and brand operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Passionate about beauty, makeup, and fragrances
- Strong understanding of and passion for makeup, fragrances, and beauty trends
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Creative eye with ability to support visual content, presentations, and training experiences
- Comfortable supporting events and operational execution
- Beginner-level Excel and reporting capabilities
- Energetic, proactive, and people-oriented personality
