Beauty Advisor

Role Overview

Beauty Advisor at Apparel Group. The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.

Role Purpose

Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales through product knowledge, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. Represent the brand at required standards while maintaining store presentation and security.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Demonstrate excellent makeup selling skills.
• Recommend and link customer-specific products.
• Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service.
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
• Convert window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
• Be updated about the various brands of the group for suggestive selling to customers.

Product Knowledge & Brand Representation

• Possess knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories.
• Maintain brand representation at required standards with updated product knowledge.
• Minimize stock loss.

Store Operations & Maintenance

• Perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
• Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed to attract customers and as per standard layout norms.
• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards.
• Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence.

Point of Sale & Cash Handling

• Handle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter.
• Tally money in the cash during the beginning and end of shifts.
• Process payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers, and automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers correctly.

Inventory Management

• Record inventory inward and outward.
• Maintain reports of inventory movement.

Availability

• Flexible to work extended hours during sale and festival periods.

• POS (Point of Sale) system operation.
• Cash handling and reconciliation.
• Product knowledge and suggestive selling.
