Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional beverage service and create a welcoming bar atmosphere by preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks to guest specifications, while maintaining high standards of hospitality, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Guest Experience

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.

Bar Operations

• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Work closely with the Bar Manager and service team to ensure smooth operations.

Menu & Development

• Assist in developing new cocktails and beverage menus.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.
• Knowledge of bar equipment and safety regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
