Barista

Role Overview

Barista position at Apparel Group. This role is responsible for maintaining the beverage section clean and organized, ensuring adequate stock, serving clients, and promoting special drinks.

Role Purpose

Maintain the beverage section in full stock and pristine condition, prepare and serve high-quality beverages during service hours, and introduce and promote special drinks to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• Prepare requisitions for bar products.
• Conduct daily stock control to avoid shortages of products.
• Fill fridges on a regular basis.
• Keep the beverage area organized and always fully stocked.

Preparation & Production

• Prepare fresh products daily, including juices and decoration items.
• Possess knowledge of special drinks, including cocktails.
• Create beverage menu offerings.
• Serve beverages during service hours.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain the beverage area clean and tidy.
• Keep all utensils clean and shining at all times.
• Maintain personal appearance at a high standard.
• Uphold high hygiene levels.

Customer Service & Sales

• Serve clients during service hours.
• Introduce special drinks to clients.
• Promote special drinks and beverages.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of cocktails and special drinks.
• Ability to create beverage menus.
