BARGE FOREMAN

Role Overview

Barge Foreman at NMDC Group. This offshore role manages all construction work performed by the barge and oversees all associated activities.

Role Purpose

Lead all offshore construction activities conducted by the barge, maintain quality and productivity standards across deck operations, and ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Construction & Operations

• Own all offshore construction work performed by the barge and control all activities.
• Deliver superior knowledge of all aspects of offshore operations.

Supervision & Team Management

• Supervise all personnel on the deck of the barge.
• Ensure work is performed with quality standards and improved productivity.

Reporting & Governance

• Report to Barge Superintendent/Field Engineer on all matters of construction works and progress of the job.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12 years of experience with proven offshore barge experience, including structure and pipe laying work.

Skills & Competencies

• Good standard of English.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Night shift attitudes.
• Superior knowledge of all aspects of offshore operations.
• Effective contractual and technical skills.

Additional Information

• All offshore safety training requirements must be met.
