Role Purpose
Organize and deploy high-quality visual merchandising strategies across stores while coaching store-based visual merchandiser teams to ensure consistency of standards and maintain compelling brand presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Implementation
- Implement high-quality visual merchandising strategy and presentations through seasonal event calendar and brand guidelines.
- Follow and implement brand seasonal visual merchandising guidelines.
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Coach and build strong relations with in-store visual merchandiser teams and frontline teams to maintain displays.
- Help prepare and invite in-store visual merchandiser teams to brand training events and workshops.
Reporting & Measurement
- Measure the impact of merchandising action plans and issue weekly reports to the regional team and visual merchandising manager with photographs, comments, and measurements of sales impact.
