Role Overview
Associate Technical Professional - Instrumentation/Controls at KBR.
Role Purpose
Under direct supervision, independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to instrumentation and controls work. Make minor adaptations and modifications using engineering judgment, and assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments involving conventional plans, investigations, and surveys with relatively few complex features for which precedents exist.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Technical Application
- Evaluate and select standard engineering techniques and procedures for instrumentation and controls projects.
- Apply established engineering criteria with judgment to make minor adaptations and modifications.
- Assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments involving conventional types of plans, investigations, and surveys.
Impact & Operations
- Perform job tasks that impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, and operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
