Role Purpose
As a Presales professional, you will enhance the sales of assigned products by delivering presales support to customers, understanding their technical requirements, designing appropriate solutions, and enabling informed purchasing decisions through demonstrations and training.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
- Convert customer and reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
- Generate Bills of Materials and design solution blocks in collaboration with hardware and software vendors.
- Conduct demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.
Customer Engagement
- Meet with end-users to better understand their requirements.
- Arrange and conduct technical training for partners and customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of presales experience.
- Security and SUSE experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively.
