Associate Producer - Operations

Role Overview

Associate Producer - Operations at Emrb, supporting dubbing, translation, and content delivery operations.

Role Purpose

To manage operational workflows and script coordination for dubbing, translation, and delivery services, ensuring quality outputs, timely project completion, and seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Support the daily operational workflow for dubbing, translation, and delivery services.
• Coordinate with translators, language monitors, and dubbing vendors to facilitate smooth workflows.
• Assist in managing delivery timelines to ensure projects are completed within set deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication channels between internal teams and external partners.

Script & Content Coordination

• Oversee preparation, organization, distribution, and revision of scripts across production.
• Edit and proofread texts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and style.
• Adapt content for cultural and linguistic appropriateness when necessary.
• Verify factual accuracy, references, and adherence to Discovery's style and editorial guidelines.

Quality & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Discovery partners, language monitors, editors, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Provide constructive feedback to language monitors and editors to improve future submissions.
• Keep updated with evolving language usage, grammar rules, and editorial standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, or Translation is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, content production, or translation coordination.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and content delivery workflows is a plus.
